coldweld 65
I have a chargemaster it's brill what do you want to know ? Quote Link to post
SNAP SHOT 194
The layman DPS is a good powder dispenser, but i'd complain about the beeb after each load is weighed, And the DPS 3 is miles quicker and you cn turn off the beeb never had any bother with mine, and its quicker than going blind looking at balance beam scales, Snap. Spangle 0
I have a Lyman DPS-2 and cannot fault it! What about the warm up time ? What about it? You can cancel it if you dont want to wait! Quote Link to post
SNAP SHOT 194
The warm up time is there to let the crystal sensors get to temp, so the scale throws a more accurate load, i just switch it on and make a cuppa or get organised and it beeps normally before i'm ready, simples... Snap. Quote Link to post
Spangle 0
When I reload I just switch the dps before I intend on reloading and as SnapShop says have a cuppa or something, its not rocket science is it? Quote Link to post
coldweld 65
Calm down ! I was asking about the warm up time, if you can switch off the warm up time i seams strange to have it ? I was not calling the dps !! As i have not used one. Quote Link to post
weejohn 3
I went with the DPS 3 because the chargemaster was about £130 more and suits me just fine,it cost me £265 at the beginning of this year. Quote Link to post
jamie g 17
i did think about getting one but after my mate had one then sold it he went back to beam scales. he did say it was pretty accurate but wasnt 100% sure in it. so got some rcbs 505 scales and the target master powder trickler Quote Link to post
