beddie x Whippet

Just a quickie really ive been looking at beddie x whippets over the last couple of weeks and could anyone tell me why some look like Alfred from Heartbeat inwhich case obviously got some beddie in it and some look like short haired dulux dogs.

Is it the amount of beddie in there ar the breeding of the beddie??

canine genetics,,is a thread in itself,,smooth coat from 2 rough parents and rough coats from 2 smooth parent,never surprised anymore ,what will be thrown up,,,

most first crosses look pretty simular (f1) but if you get too f2 or throw anything else in the mix, it all becomes far more varierbal.
