12v 24ah batteries

Recommended Posts

It will do the job fine mate .. but after every use charge it back up ...IE as soon as you get in!

Never leave the battery flat or half charged.... what bulb do you have in the lance 75watt or 50watt? if its the bulb from new its the 75watt.

The 75watt bulb will use 6ah so your 24ah battery will last for 4 hours. so you ca switch the lamp on and leave it one for a full 4hours.

The 50watt bulb will use 4ah so your 24ah battery will last for 6 hours solid

Have you tried carrying one of them for any distance? :icon_eek:

Not comfortable mate

But if they're free ..............

whats up with you. a good rucksack with a bit of padding on the back then your good to go.

I'll leave that with you thanks!

Mind you, I have lost over 6 stone since I last tried so that might make things easier lol

Fat C.unt + heavy battery = Huffing and puffing and a very hard night out.

Yes i was thinking of just dropping it in a rucksack or something along those lines, I don't do too much lamping to be honest but with a bigger and better battery i may stay out longer! There's some Yukon ones and some Samsung ones, All the same power

Thanks for the advice
