neil rob 0 Posted September 30, 2010 Report Share Posted September 30, 2010 hi i have just had sum permission for for shooting fox and the land owner has informed me that he has deer on his land to wear he ones all the shooting rights and that i can shoot the deer if i like.their is an estate down the rode but the deer ar wield ones no tags or markings. So hoo ones the deer is it the same as game if it on his land its his deer and what wold i have to do to shoot the deer for my one consumption.Eny info on this wode be much appreciated. i have shot fox for 8 years with my 223 and i no i nide a 243 fore deer but any info will be appreciated. (get it in writing) So to cut it short if you have permission on the land to shoot deer and the correct calibre or rifle then they are yours to stalk and yours or the landowners if they fall on his ground.
