Terrier man 38
Two walks daily is ideal but depends how long each one is? Quote Link to post
liam mc 18
first one bout 90 mins freerunning second one evening bout 45 mins just cant tite him out Quote Link to post
ratattack 111
Sounds like a young dog? I use a rubber ball on a rope to tire out my russel, he would do it all day given the chance. Tires them out nicely, once he starts not wanting to chase it it's time to go home 45 mins is more than enough and mine is fit as anything free running won't tire him out as he potters around. gnipper 6,589
Take him out alongside a bike, tires mine out ok along with bushing and playing ball on the field. Them tennis ball throwing sticks work well too. Quote Link to post

The one 8,529
I try to give mine 2 hours a day no just walking ,mouching about ect ,then theres there work on top of it Quote Link to post
Attack Fell Terrier 864
Mine get about 5 mile most days, which is a mix of road walks, free running and bushing. I've got a spring pole as well, but not all terriers are interested in that unless there's a pelt or brush attached to it. Quote Link to post
delonpara 8
Hi lads just wondering how much excersise to give my patt cant seemto wear him out but he paces run a lot even with 2 walks daily hello what breed is this one ? 1 Quote Link to post
liam mc 18
thanks again lads spring pole might work Quote Link to post
Attack Fell Terrier 864
thanks again lads spring pole might work The Spring Pole is a good work out for them, but like I said some pay it no interest at all, others will only want to rag on it a bit through jealousy after seeing another dog having a bash at it, some love it no matter what you attach to it and will get a good work out from it . Using a pelt usually gets them going barmy though. Quote Link to post
