Hi lads  ,

After I re - calibrated my .22 calibre Air Arms Pro Sport yesterday evening at my rat shooting permission with the chrono etc down to the finest detail including working out my own BC, I decided to have a go at proving the software and try at a lased 55m (60.1 yard) target today  .

The target was about 1 inch square if that, no bigger  .

The shot was taken from my bedroom window in my secure military camp where I now have permission to shoot and live :whistling: .

It was taken in no wind with 6 mildots of hold over on the SR12 reticule.

As you can see the software works perfectly well :victory: .

Thank you for your kind comments Dillan and Rabbit

It just goes to prove as Ive always said that a quality spring piston rifle like the Air Arms Pro Sport, TX200 mark 3 HC or HW97K used corrctly is just as accurate as a quality PCP if the shooter applies the correct marksmanship principles.

The problem is the recoil and knowing how to correctly manage it, and being able to correctly follow through the shot  .

These days the quality springers as stated above are built that well that they will outshoot the shooter any day.

Im sure that there are many hunters and shooters who have quality PCPs out there that would be happy with that kind of accuracy with their rifle

I think its a thumbs up for ChairGun Pro

Hi Markha,

No mate I only have 26 months left in the army now so Im happy to just motor on where i am and then make the move to civi street.

Got to find a job etc  but dont know what to do.

Regarding the SA80, Im not too bad with it mate.

I won the best shot in Bosnia (Lujbia ranges)against some Czech special forces and some of the Brit guys that attended, and i won a competition in Germany against other marksman from the Brigade a few years back, but since then Ive not shot seriously at all with the SA80, concentrating more on my air rifle shooting.

The adventure training idea is good though pal and ill have to have a look at it.
