shushycatcher 219
Took dogs for the usual run tonight,my bitch put up a rabbit close to the hedge and was on it like a shot, straight through the hedge and a perfect catch, back through the hedge and retrieve straight to hand, perfect. Apart from the 8" gash on her chest and a hole like a f**king golf ball!!!! And a 3" tear on her back leg, from what i can only assume was wire or a piece of tin. So shes in Hotel Vet for the night and im £320 light!!! Anyway, rant over. Just keep an eye on the B**TARD BARB WIRE. atb Shushy. Quote Link to post

I was out tonight and my dog got his back leg caught on barb wire and was yelping but I was right in front of him and managed to un hook him. I was expecting the worst but thankfully it only scratched him and lost some fur, cant believe it didnt rip his skin, just glad i was standing were i was. I hope the dog recovers quickly mate atb. Surely if your out all the time you have insurance, plus staplers or know someone who has them... And i guess that a normal vet, and not a descent greyhound or working lurcher vet?
