lola & tom 0
i remember when i was around 13 i went through a bow making phase, i made my best one from a 6 foot boat rod, and the arrows from dowling and feathers from my mates pigeon loft. i have looked on eBay at some longbows but they seem very expensive. does anyone make their own on here from wild british wood or bought yew blanks and how did they turn out? JoeD 24
I would like to make one, and maybe one day, I have done archery before and it is always fun and so would like to get back into it one day. Out of curiosity what did/would you use your bows for? as it is illegal to use them for hunting in the UK. Joe
