theferreter 311 Posted November 12, 2010 Report Share Posted November 12, 2010 hi guys and girls loving this thred, i have been breeding staffordshire bulterriers now for a few years and have done quite well in the show ring. i have now given up the shows and wanted to work my s.b.t male he is 17 1/2 inches to whithers and weighes 50ld would he be any good he is very lively and seems to learn quite fast, the problem is i think he may destroy the rabbit before i can get to him lol, how can i get him to calm down abit, is he to old to teach anything new as he is now 4 any replys welcome, hear he is my boy "ron" cheer FERRETTOM nice dog that mate very nice hes some napper on him Quote Link to post

I must say this dog doesnt appear quite as red as the normal red nose dogs that are descendants of the Bob Hemphill and Bob Wallace breedings of the 1950's here in the states...Those dogs were solid reddish colored along with the nose and had bright yellow eyes......Known for their gameness at that time, current day red nosed dogs are only as good as they show to be.......What has this dog shown you? 1 Quote Link to post
