stubby 175
yeah, dont grab her to you, she's ferreting, to her, she's having fun, but its only your second outing, dont be in a rush, relax, if they are this years kitts, your not going to see its full potential until next season, so just let them find there feet so to speak Quote Link to post
ryangolding 4
cant wait to take this years kits out to see how the are going to react, mum will show them how!!! Quote Link to post
max abell 196
Yes what stubby said is spot on we added 2 kitts to our team last year and we gave them a little try at the end of last season although they had a look down the holes they also did exaxctly what you explained playing around in the hole entrance and dancing around etc this year one we put them down with experienced jills and in one burrie alone they bolted 5 rabbits between them they now know what the game is about DONT ever grab at them let them come out in there own time if you have a dead rabbit you can use this by wiggling it infront of them and let them rag it a bit it will take a bit of time but they will come good good luck mate Quote Link to post
Ideation 8,216
If you grab them they will end up skulking. And to make her 'spray' you must have grabbed her VERY hard. Edited September 19, 2010 by Ideation Quote Link to post
