the perfect start

You have a young terrier thats wanting to go but is not yet old enough do you hold him back or let him go. if you let him go what quarry should it be started on and how many times should it be worked in its first year pre ban i ask for views as the tactics used to produce a good worker were not considerd when hunting was banned by goverment and producing a good good worker was not something anybody could do there were good pateint men who still deserve the fredom to hunt and had the respect of there dogs there quarry and there earths and its a shame to be so good at something and then for it to become iliegal was there a right way to bring a dog on or was it just the dog or is it one of those things we'l never no? :hmm:

many times when I try to read this forum and can't understand the written texts feel I should go back to the language school - anyway it is never a bad idea - but when the other comments are nothing more about but asking explanation, so it is a little bit calming for me.

It seems this is perfectly the mentioned situation.

First thing Id do pal is get to know the law, you need to be familiar with current regulations. Then Id go onto your permision to help the gamebirds.... let your dog enter an occupied earth and attempt to bolt the fox... if it doesnt bolt, dig the terrier out and shoot the fox.
