trap 85
Anyone ever see a wheaten dog named rocklane shorty and a bitch annagh hill girl?,, they were around in the ,s... Quote Link to post
THE GENERAL 1,982
I'd say Rocklane was possibly owned by Sandy Mc intyre. As for the Hacketstown prefix there was a few dogs named with it, whether or not it was all by the same man is another story. There's a few men on here would be able to answer that question better than myself. Hacketstown Jack was owned by J.E. Smyth. Edited July 21, 2017 by THE GENERAL 3 Quote Link to post

Down Is that dog out of the last ones to come from PM The most impressed I've ever been by terriers was on PM's yard way back. B I would agree I was lucky enough to have been in his yard too on a few occasions and seen some of his dogs and they were very impressive terriers in every way. I think he has a knowledge of the breed and had a line of wheatens that not too many had. Is there any of his stuff around now? 2 Quote Link to post

Are the wheatens a larger version of the glens ?. I would'nt even mention the 2 of them in the same sentence, the Wheaten is a far far superior working terrier and has been proven so right down through the years. 4 Quote Link to post
