was out last night with my lurcher bitch on the lamp it was a good night till she took off after a long ear it was not a good out turn my bitch hit a dich and broke her neck died instintly. toatly GUTTED.

 

 

sad news mate, lamping is always dangerous game .Most of my dogs over the years, have been hurt+killed lamping .But they all love it, and they are working 1st- pets- 2nd .

my old rottie bitch had to be put down few days ago,not afraid to say i shed a tear or 2.

try to take some comfort in the fact that she went doin what she loved.

Everytime I slip my dog I fear this could happen and everytime she comes back safe I say cheers to the big man in the sky.

Im sure we will all read this thread and realise how lucky we all are to still have our dogs.

same night same out come gypsy was on a rabbit and it was simmalar to what happend to yourselves i took her to my vet and he said she had a broken neck and put her down, gutted is not the word chin up [bANNED TEXT] and remember not to go out on the same night next year.paul
