oakey 57 Posted September 14, 2010 Report Share Posted September 14, 2010 I may be wrong but i think that your not allowed to sell them skinned as you fall into a food produce law or something where you have to have your premisses inspected ie like a butchers shop ,but if you sell them paunched in there skin you are ok. AL BUNDY 45 Posted September 14, 2010 Report Share Posted September 14, 2010 have never sold them,done some trade or give them to anybody that wants one.a mate used to sell them to a butcher they had only to be gutted so the butcher knew for certain they didnt have myxi as it was everywhere at the time.after a while he asked for them to be skinned bad move .in the end it went tits up when a body was found in the freezer.
