Might be able to help you or give you advice. Don't know his name so your gonna need to trawl through posts to find him lol... He put a thread up showing salmon in the river dee if that helps. I can certainly help you, i do a lot of these but the majority of my work is waders. Aquasure and cotal mixed or stormsure and stormcure mixed together and applied on the inside will do the job well.
