Or just that he has irritated it grooming it? Well, the vet knows that Bert spends the bulk of his time pootling round the house, so she did speculate that his tail has come into contact with an irritant and that he's then compounded the problem by over-grooming it. It's a possibility, i guess. Although he's been pottering round on the carpet for 18 months now, allergies can flare up suddenly. I'll let you know how he gets on this week Quote Link to post
