alright, my bad guys. i thought full stop you cant hunt Fox (because im sure that is the way it is in Scotland) so i assumed it was the same in England/Wales/N.I

In Scotland its perfectly legal to use a terrier to flush a fox from below ground as long as its shot at first safe opportunity and it does'nt have to be to protect game birds.Oh and you need to have permision to bedoing it from landowner tennant etc.

i think it depends on your perspective and what you have gone out to do that day if its pest control yeah fox 1 you nil although the terrier has done its job so its not a failure on the terriers part but yours some folk do it or did it depending on where you live simply for the sport of there dogs doing there job i know i used to let foxes run on pre ban unless i was asked to cull either way there will always be the time when you get the one that got away weve all had it at some time
