garfield 23
Well today our prestigious little village of Todmorden had a visit from hrh the Prince of Wales, the whole village has been engulfed in police all the back streets, now to the title of this post i recently bought a bsa hornet off the bbs and it turned out to be knackered and the seller has agreed to take it back, once it was packed up in a long brown box i set off to the post office in the heart of the village, wanting to avoid the busy crowds i went down the back streets with my very suspect looking package anyway i went past the makeshift command station of the police with all its top brass outside "fagging it" and not one thought to ask me what i was doing so close to the royal procession it wasnt until i got to the post office that an old lady said to me "your brave carrying something like that" i told the only thing thats funnier is that "there is a rifle in the box" you should have seen her face Quote Link to post
