hi all i have a 15 month old russel who just dos'nt seem to want to mark i have a friend with two patterdales aged 12 month who are both marking holes although havnt been let in yet due to there ages do any of you have any ideas on how i could get him to want to go as i would of liked to enter him around christmas time he is out of workers and i hoped he would of wanted to go sooner as i would of holded him back seems now im gonna have to wait for him

Hard times Bull ...your probs best to take him out with your mates Patterdales as much as you can, he should pick up on what they are doing soon enough...

Does he now what he's marking ?, if not shoot one for him or find a fresh road kill and give him a good rag on it. Remember entering should be fun for the youngsters, gee him up a bit and let him now he's doing good. Once he's had his queriousity tweeked he should want to mark, thats if theres anything at home.
