Phantom 631
The DealEXtreme is a the same as mine, but with a slightly lower output. The dimensions etc its virtually identical. If your thinking of forking out the kind of money for the Tiablo job, then there is a 900 or so Lumen version of the DealExtreme available from the same seller that I got my lamp from. You can also get very high powered Infra-red/NV bulbs for your NV setup Phantom Quote Link to post

stealthy1 3,964
Out of the two, I fancy the first torch because all the bits are included Quote Link to post
huddies 1
The first torch is amazingly similar to the new Deben Tracer LEDray kit , but at a far more sensible price, looked at one today as a replacement to my deben tracer mini kit as the battery pack is quite heavy on mine. I could not afford the £130 price tag, the deal extreme is much nicer price. thanks. Quote Link to post

Worked well as it allowed even more of the light through for a further throw. If conditions allow I'll be out with it again tomorrow. Phantom Quote Link to post

Phantom 631
Hey Wurz, http://cgi.ebay.co.u...216724689915388 Thats the set I got. Been chatting to Davy last night and he has a red led unit that runs at about 220 lumens. Its my guess that the Red filter will drop the 300 lumens of the white led down to not much more than the red led unit. I was considdering buying the red bulb unit myself a while ago, but these worked out cheaper and gives me the option to use green when its foggy (aparently works better in fog, dunno how, but we get a lot of fog round here during the autumn and winter so I will be able to put it to the test). I also like the idea of the orange filter in the cemetery as they bunnies are used to the orange from the street lights. Phantom Quote Link to post
gurtwurz 792
thats a good idea, one of my shoots is by the side of an 'A'road and is bathed in light at night, might work for some static hunting there. thanks for that tony, youre a star cheers, wurz Quote Link to post
