i agree mate 2 pages of reply,s and no bickering or slanging matches. its great to have some good useful reply,s from the people who have the noledge of this line.

whippetlad thanks for the info i spoke to mike earlier and to be honest he sounds a real tidy guy that knows his stuff he did kinda baffle me abit :icon_redface: with the lines of grandson,s of this and great grandsons of that but took the time to explain exactly what i,d be getting with his line. so finger,s crossed :thumbs:

this is mine mate had him 6 years or so now. one of the best running dogs i have ever had you won't go far wrong with one of mikes whippets but as I have said many times before you only get out what

You will definitely not be disappointed if you get one of Mikes dogs Lampy,here is mine out of Meg and Glen she is 21 1/2"tts and weighs 35lb and overflowing with prey drive.

I have a pup on out of glen only 5 months so time will tell he is bred by nigel of Rabbitrunner Whippets these are also great working dogs.

I also have a grandsone 2 sootysam whot is out of supa blue and elgedane cast no shadow bred by darren young, he breeds some nice whippet.

hi all im looking at getting a whippet dog/bitch and reading through past posts came across mike browns line could [NO TEXT TALK] give me any first hand experiance of them ? and can you buy pup,s direct from his kennel,s ? atb lampy :thumbs:

 

mike brown whippets are the best way to go, buy direct if you want a pure whippet or go for a cross, i've seen a few of his dogs in the fleash and watched them work, nothing compares to them pure whippet wize and i don't think you can go wrong with the blood line either, my bitch is half whippet, sire was bought direct from his kennel and was straight out of jake lord of the knight, who was grandson to sooty sam, couldn't fault the dog apart from the owner, dog done what was asked and more..
