This is what i use mate! http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/RANGE-LITE-NIGHT-LAMP-KIT-/380203522529?pt=UK_SportingGoods_Hunting_ShootingSports_ET&hash=item5885e559e1 light as f**k on the gun dont even know you've got a battry it last a full two hours but you will never have the lamp on for two hours solid i have been out for 5 hours shooting with it and its still has lots of charge in it, you get a red filter in with it The beam is about 100 meter only problem is you can only get a red filter but what i have done is got some bigger filter and turned them down in the lathe to fit the lamp! Phantom 631
And this is the one I use and more and more people are turning to them for lamping bunnies with air rifles.. Identical to the Deben one, a third of the price and twice the light output. further Batteries and charger are available for a couple of quid. Took only a week to arrive http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/CREE-R2-LED-300Lumens-Tactical-Flashlight-Torch-Set-/170532000280?pt=UK_SportingGoods_Hunting_ShootingSports_ET&hash=item27b47fd218 Phantom Quote Link to post

Yes, your correct, I used to use the same one that RiffRaff is showing in his link to eBay. However a friend of mine gave me one of those figure of eight mounts made from metal, so I mounted the original mount (that came with the scope) onto the scope, upside down (my scope has a 30mm tube) and then I put the lamp into the figure 8 mount and fastened the figure 8 mount to the scope mount, bit of a hassle but its brilliant and rock solid But the velcro one is certainly good enough Phantom Edited September 6, 2010 by Phantom Quote Link to post

Millet 4,497
I find scope mounted lamps are a pain in the arse, you have to point the gun all over the shop while lamping which is a tit ache when they is a lot of bunnies on the ground, i prefer to have the sling over my shoulder and lamp with my free hand, and with a bit of practice you can still lamp and shoot at the same time, get a 7volt 10amhr lithion ion battery with a clulite and you wont go far wrong.
