am nearly middle aged

I used to wish i could stay 20 all my life,then when i reached 30 i wished i could stay 30 all my life.....same at 40......now ive been hovvering round the half century life seems to just get better and better with age and you actually gain more than you lose.

Dont matter how many years you been alive just make the most of them.

i am 45 so i suppose i am middle aged .. but if you do things in moderation & eat a fairly healthy diet & a little excersize then that makes life easier.. well it does mine anyway

I ,m 54 ,this is the happiest time of my life,familey grown up and self sufficient ,no rat race stress ,wouldn,t care if I never seen another tenner as long as I live ,grandchildren ,dogs ,good book is enough.

Yes!! ive still got years to go im only 17 now in the last year of school then into the big boys territory a chance of a university place is looking slim it was so much easier for all you old timers
