runforyourlife 361
im no coursing expert but it looked to me like the dog made a right meal of that.the hare was kicked up an dog slipped within 20 yards.no offence meant just didnt look like a fair slip or a fast enough dog.but like i said i am no coursing expert. lol, yeah we can tell. what your best doing mate, is keeping your mouth shut, if you know nothing about the topic, just causes arguments. no need to get your nickers in a twist.just thought the hair was bit close for a slip.just an opinion.not gunna get my tongue brown just to be with the in crowd though. knickers in a twist, i said "lol" at the beginning of it pal... You dont know anything about coursing so why say it.... I wouldnt tell my grandmar how to knit now would i..... Or a crab how to crawl back under his seaweed and hide.... The dog is a very capable dog, the line is very capable, and i am sure if the dog had been held back that bit longer it still would have ran the big eared fecker into the ground pal... Atb.. granted.but it wasnt held back was it hence my coment.and no i dont know it all.to say i know nothing is a bit strong.each to there own.can you teach me everything please. Listen pal, i have tried to keep it light hearted! You actually said twice! I am no expert on the subject. Yet you still had a dig, why mate! Then you come back with daft talk like this. Just leave it, its a fine bit of filming and a fine dog... end of. Quote Link to post
runforyourlife 361
Nice track suit as well....I think it is quite obvious it is preban, lol, dont think any fecker would wear gear like that these days. Quote Link to post

optimus 447
I FAVOUR A QUICKER STYLE OF DOG FOR WHERE I RUN. HOWEVER I HAVE RAN THE FENS & BEEN ON ENOUGH DAYS THERE TO APPRECIATE HOW A GOOD DOG NEEDS TO RUN DOWN THERE TO HAVE CONSISTENT SUCCESS. PERHAPS THIS STYLE OF DOG ISNT TO EVERYONES LIKING, BUT IF YOU HAVE RAN DOWN THERE WHEN THE BIGEARS GO UP A GEAR AT THE TURN OF THE YEAR YOU DONT SLATE THIS TYPE OF DOG. PRE BAN THE SLAGGERS OFF WOULD HAVE BEEN INVITED DOWN TO SHOW WHAT THEY HAD 2 RUN, BUT THE DAYS OF THE PUBLIC DAYS LIKE THE FORLEY ETC ARE REALLY GONE SO ITS EASY 2 SIT AT YOUR PC & CALL THESE DOGS DOWN. 1 Quote Link to post

burnie69 376
A very good run for a 6 year old bitch bearing in mind most coursing dogs are nearly finished at that age.Hare coursing on the big land isn't about catching it in 3 bends simply as if it does its a dummy hare thats what i was always told when my dog did it Quote Link to post
