artic 595
Can anyone "source" me any live CWD, both males and females wanted. Good cash price paid and picked up. Quote Link to post
sgf 0
Yes pal, I am . Please name what is wrong with what I have asked for. As I'm no gypsy running dog person I presumed most people would think the obvious and relise I meant if you keep them in any deer parks people have access too, then I'd like to put them in my 300 acre park. I'm licensed with DEFRA etc so there is nothing going on that is immoral or illegal. Quote Link to post
Simoman 110
So what is the legislation regarding capturing, transporting and re-releasing a non native species Quote Link to post

wireviz 8
The best thing you could do is go on the net and find animal sanctuaries and contact them tell them you will re home any deer that cannot be released back in to the wild. Or offer a fostering service Quote Link to post
sgf 0
So what is the legislation regarding capturing, transporting and re-releasing a non native species Well you obviously have no idea about it. Any park animals will be tagged and recorded, the same as you do for livestock, in line with DEFRA rules. No problem catching them in a park with handling areas and no problem transporting them in livestock trailer in accordance to livestock transportation rules. And as they are not being released into the wild but into a secure, controlled enviroment there is no problem there. Quote Link to post

Seeing as a high % of people on here seem to be lurcher runners, catapult users and drive £350 Subaru's I didnt want to be tarred by the same brush in respect to people thinking I was going to release them into the wild, and use them as easy runs for my lurchers! No idea , had my own holding number for nine years but you should of explained yourself clearly in the first place instead it came off nieve and dodgy. I suggest you contact Woburn and Whipsnade as they have captive CWD........... Quote Link to post

I suggest you go and do your research before coming back on with patronising tones. Are you another two minute wonder, "deer expert" that plagues the cervine world?. Gypsy lurcher owners!!lol. Without research you may be subjecting the live deer to undue stress and, indeed their subsequent death. I will leave it to you to work that one out. Quote Link to post
