jf1970 328
i was wondering if it would be ok to use long net surrounding a warren instead of the usual purse nets when starting my wee bitch on the rabbits, alot of the holes round my way are covered by brambles ect and are hard to get into to set a purse net,cheers......john Quote Link to post

She's whippet with a dash of collie. Quote Link to post
rory 58
personal preference mate. Id start off with the net close, just letting the pup nail them in the net to get the ball rolling, this is all i have done with the long net so far. My pup was fine at noticing the net when rabbits hit it,but when walking near it she often stood on the slack and became tangled.good luck anyway! Quote Link to post

stroller 341
i prefer the purse nets with a pup but the cover is still high so maybe the long net is the way just you will lose a few with the pup bouncing around, it is funny to watch though Quote Link to post
