LordGamebore 0
You need a mentor for a .22lr? Was that a question or a statement? He needs what his region tells him he needs! It was a question, hence the question mark. I've only ever heard of mentors for centerfire. Mentors are not a legal requirement for centrefires, but some regions like them at times, they are not a legal requirement for rimfires either, but regions are demanding them more and more these days. If a region decides to add that as a condition most individuals will endeavor to comply for fear of not getting a grant. I have had two guys come to me in my area for help with .22lr mentoring recently! Hence...... He needs what his region tells him he needs! Does make you wonder?? Wonder what? Quote Link to post

Tobias 0
Deker just wondering how you have 4 rimfires on your ticket, it looks like you have 2-22rf and 2- 17hmr's did you have one of each for vermin and one of each for target shooting, just curious am i right in thinking they are all CZ guns, and what scopes are on them. All sorts of reasons why it is acceptable to have a couple of the same calibre, perhaps some regions take a tougher view. .17HMR Silhouette 4-16 Hawke VarmintII Sirocco .22LR Silhouette 3-12 Hawke VarmintII SAK .22LR Style 4-16 JSR Target Pro SAK .22WMR American 4-16 JSR Target Pro Sako Nothing stays the same, the Style is now on my lads FAC, the WMR is gone and replaced by a new one (same scope) but a SAK on the end of it, and the HMR now has a Sidewinder on it and a brand new Sirocco as the last was destroyed. You forget how much can happen in a few months! PS they all still have the same slings! ATB!! Quote Link to post
