Deker 3,478
I got this brand new last December, very happy with it, barrel cut down to 19" and a SAK is perfectly adequate. Irritation started quickly as the stock is slightly shorter than my Silhouettes due to the original very slim plastic recoil pad, and the wood was VERY soft, marking at the slightest suggestion of a knock. Had a long chat with Sage from UK Gun Repairs and sent the stock away for a little work, a complete strip and a few goes at bringing the grain up and hardening the wood, then a completely natural finish, of beeswax etc (Sage may put me right on the exact formula), and a new recoil pad. I'm very happy with the result as you can imagine, and very impressed with the work, all the dents have gone and it looks great. This is a standard CZ American stock (Turkish Walnut allegedly), I'd say it looks impressive! http://www.ukgunrepairs.co.uk/ Thanks to all at UK Gun Repairs for their help but a special thanks to Sage! PS the pictures are taken with my phone, best I can do Quote Link to post
