johnrthrfrd 223 Posted September 4, 2010 Report Share Posted September 4, 2010 had this happen to a greyhound every time it raced was told by a greyhound vet to give the dog ascorbic acid tablets think they were called slow k had to give them to the dog a couple of days before it raced and the day after never had another problem with it when it raced after that. I'd go for a good fitness regime prior to work then start work slowly and hopefully it will resolve. If the problem still continues then is the time to consider medication as an intervention.
