andyfr1968 772
Nice one, fella!! I've not been able to get out for a few weeks but I'm hopeing to get out this weekend. 'Til something comes up again that'll screw it up.... Yes, a mod will help your springer. A lot of folks say it won't 'cos of the mechanical noise but that's what the shooter hears because your head's resting on this thing that's twanging and jumping right next to your ear. The fluffy bunnies that are down range don't hear that, they hear mostly the noise that's comeing out of the end of the barrel so a good mod will help. I use a HW90 with a Parker Hale rimmy mod and so long as I'm careful, slow and quiet, I can get two or three shots into a group of rabbits before they give it legs. Cheers. Quote Link to post

Phantom 631
Gotta agree with Andy on this one Stuck one on my springer, no differance at all in my lug (until I dampened it down a bit) but a huge differance downrage Phantom Quote Link to post
