if your going fac air it will have to be a rapid or an airwolf .25 cal shooting at around 40 maybe 50 ft-lbs and then it will only really have a range of 80-100 yards  go rimfire like clint said

I wouldn't mention distance to the FLO, they will see this as a un professional approach, and a danger. Maybe say the rabbits need shooting as there is no other way of controlling them on the said land, and that the rabbits are very shy, so a rifle would be best suited to control the numbers.

I'd go for a Rapid 7, I have one on ticket at stupid ft-lbs near enough a rimfire. Very good rifles, very silent (I use a Logun silencer), and very accurate, but need to bring the tank with me though and a spare buddy bottle.

Go for a rimmy, less hassle.

hi, HW 100 in 177 for a change , i went in the farm building where there is no wind and set the rangers up ang grouped it in, it groups perfect with feild target trophys but i thought they were a bit light as i mostly shoot rabbits, so i am useing barracuda match they group nearly as good as the F.T.T, the best shot i have done tonight (dusk) is 67 yards, i am shocked as i would not think a legal 177 would shoot and kill a rabbit at this range, i have killed plenty at 50 yards but never 67 yards, resting on a dry stone wall and no wind, the wife was there with me and was as surprised as me. Does anybody no if i could kill one at the same distance useing field target trophys, just with them grouping realy tight, The rabbit i shot tonight was behind the eye every-thing i shoot is a head shot,

Just had to share this with you,s as i am so happy and shocked, who needs f,a,c,.builder.
