stando 177
iI suppose you feel the same way about tail docking aswell Stando Old Poacher has let an up and coming dog have a taste of life here after, thats all. The dog may learn from this and then the whole thing has been worth while. One thing i learned, in my formative years representing HM government overseas, is a little blood goes a long way the dog got a nip,so what. Keep them pictures coming Poacher. Dont be so bloody stupid! Well,if poacher is so experienced why is he using a brand new rabbiting spade that still has the paint on it,it hasn't done alot of work and nor has he looking at the ting little hole he's dug,no wonder the dog got pepperd, F*****g beer tent bullshiter's,he's got alot to learn if he think's he's a terrierman!!!!! Guest the poacher
there aint going to be anymore pics posted from me on this forum due to wankers that think they know every thing sooner or later no one will be posting and then what will happen to the site Quote Link to post
Guest whitser
why shouldn't lads post pics. im not ashamed of what i do. as long as its nothing to gorey put it up. this is a site for hunters and dog men, if you post pics does that mean your not a true dog man? this site is here for dog men to swap stories, advice etc... so if some lads dont like whats on here f**k off. pockets 0
You will probably find genuine terrier men don't post pics cos there not stupid enough too.THAT PRETTY MUCH SOMES IT UP FOR ME Have to agree my Friend 'big brother' even though ol Poachers pics are within the law and very informative sooner or later these sites will come under scrutiny and then the s**t will hit the fan no fun for the owners or indeed the admin team who are legally culpable in the scheme of things. Sorry to be a kill joy but facts is facts and saying f**k the ban docent cut the mustard when your looking at a long one in the big house which is the probable conclusion!!!!! Quote Link to post
nelson 0
I'm fairly certain all hunting sites are scrutinised pretty much all the time, this site is no exception. The mods have allowed these pictures and others so whats the problem ? I for one hope you keep posting Poacher, at least your posts are interesting and you have some cracking pictures and some smart looking dogs to boot Quote Link to post
Guest grubygrafter
did.nt see the pics so cant comment. its simple really . common sense should cover that issue as there has been plenty wrote on the subject. post pics keep them sensible. as for the stop end way of entering terriers. its probably ruined more terriers than its started folk i knew with to many dogs or to few earths favoured this method as they could try more than one youngster in a shift. i favour the methods discribed by butler . slower and more difficult but will ruin less this is just my opinion good hunting whatever your methods Quote Link to post
IanB 0
Haven't really followed this thread, but comments with regard to butler being a bunny hugger, anti or messer can go out the window, I'd vouch for him 100%.....good man & dogs that get a LOT of work. Weird how these internet forums skewer views...you get people who do nothing, kill the odd fox or deer, etc and think they've done it all....then you get people who go out and do it day in day out and because of a few posts get slated as if there newbies or antis...amazing stuff..
