J Darcy 5,871
I have had a pair of Harkila for a while now and i rate them. There is snags from the barbed wire, but they have yet to rip, though i must say you do sweat a litle bit in them on a warm day. Quote Link to post
Fat-Ferret 857
I bought the Stealth Gear types, Im impressed so far....Warm yes, but appear to be quite tough and hard wearing. And they have a different type of material right in the groin, were the wire seems to catch! Time will tell though. Quote Link to post
darren watson 14
i use jack pyke trou at the moment, iv been through sharp bushes and streams, over barbed wire an lot in em. Theyre very quiet whilst walking around cos of some 'stealth' coating on em, and have a very comy elasticated waist that makes moving around in them easier than it would be with belted trousers. i wear em over top of some quick drying craghoppers kiwi trousers, just in case i do get a hole in them in the wet, which hasn't happened yet an i've had em about 2 years. they get a bit warm in summer but theres a calf length zip up the side to let in cool air if needed. i think they cost me £35-£40 and its been money VERY well spent, in my eyes Quote Link to post
