Coyotes are too big for any working terrier plus they won't catch one, your better off getting a lurcher for the coyotes.

 

I'm sure lads over there in the US use jagt terriers and patts on Coyote, not to ground though obviously.. I could be wrong though.

Texas. And I didnt say i was going to attempt to hunt coyotes with a terrier. my mistae if it came off that way. and if i was i have more then one APBT as well and im sure they can more then handle themselves with any coyote.

 

and yes i have heard of men over here using Jagdterriers and Patts for coyote but its more or less blood tracking a wounded animal to finish the job.(dont quote me though as ive never been a part of this)

^^^ Im looking for a working dog preferably so i'll find the game that suits my dogs size. I raise APBTs and i've since learned Its about working ability not size. but yeah im looking to get a good Patterdale in the near future so i really appriciate y'alls opinions. oh and im enjoying this thread too...lol
