Malt 379 Posted August 31, 2010 Report Share Posted August 31, 2010 Coyotes are too big for any working terrier plus they won't catch one, your better off getting a lurcher for the coyotes. I'm sure lads over there in the US use jagt terriers and patts on Coyote, not to ground though obviously.. I could be wrong though. Quote Link to post

And I didnt say i was going to attempt to hunt coyotes with a terrier. my mistae if it came off that way. and if i was i have more then one APBT as well and im sure they can more then handle themselves with any coyote. and yes i have heard of men over here using Jagdterriers and Patts for coyote but its more or less blood tracking a wounded animal to finish the job.(dont quote me though as ive never been a part of this) Quote Link to post
