CarraghsGem 92
It's going to be a hard one to decide, I've only got photo's to go from and the views of the people Fostering him who have never worked a dog and probably wouldn't want this one working either! tell them you want to take dog for a walk to see how he behaves with your own dogs etc, take him to a local park, run him with your dogs, see how he moves when running with them, and watch his behavior with them. keep your distance from him on an emotional level, think it through. recommend you sleep on it at that point and decide if hes for you the next day. also i wouldnt mention hunting. LL have no qualms with working homes. The right dog in the right home is their priority. But will not rehome to be kennelled out. Quote Link to post
