dog not well,any advice to what could be wrong

was out with my young dog at tea time was ratching out a small thick wood, the dog was beside me next thing he was gone i shouted and shouted but no sign of him,this is very unusual as he never really leaves my side and always returns when i call.i desided to walk home see if he was there but he werent so i got in the car and tried the roads that are about a field out from the wood to make sure he wasnt on the road,still no sign so i went back to the wood and shouted and he came out from where i last seen him.he was walking very slow and with a wobbly back end [bANNED TEXT] he got to me his front leggs were shaking and his heart was pounding and his eye brow was burst open and all down 1 half of his body was soaked in dirty muddy water,i came home and put him in his bed.i went out recently to check he is ok but he has been sick like green bile and is still shakey and hearts still pounding,any ideas whats wrong?could he of knocked himself out or hit something and dazed himself?or maybe paniced when he couldnt find me and ran around and burned himself out?

your best bet is to get him to a vet for a look just incase atb tyson

sounds like hes ran into something mate i would get him to a vet soon as it happened to one of my dogs same symptoms took him to the vets and he had punctured his lung

he seems to be breathing fine and he is not twining or anything

dont think so but who knows maybe give his guts a real hard wack,he had a raw rabbit this morn at 7 this coulnt of punctured his insides could it it happened around 4.30

i will take him vets in the morning 4 check if hes no better if he gets any worse tonight i will call the vet out dont want him suffering
