can anyone tell me if it is worth while trying to get a bit more foot pounds out of a chinese b2 air rifle in 22 form or should i just use it for what it was ment for and hit fence post,s in with it.will fitting a new spring in it make much difference and has any one got a silencer for one fo sale

I have just aquired a Westlake B2 (SMK B2)

 

I plan on giving it a refurb :yes:

 

If its anything like my SMK XS19 it will do the Biz on Bunny and all other quarry in the UK.

 

I am fed up with people that say Chinky means shitty!

 

Maybe earlier ones were crap, but they have really come a long way in the last couple of years :yes:

There's even a tune kit available for them if you don't mind spending a few quid.

However, you shouldn't really expect to achieve much more than 8 fpe.

The B2 is a bit basic, but isn't generally known for accuracy problems unless you're using crap pellets
