I use a pump

 

Although have used other peoples bottles a couple of times.

 

Unless you let your cylinder go down far enough to vent the remaining air a pump is easy enough.

 

But the bottles have the advantage of being easier still.

i use a hills pump well easy to pump i get from 100 bar to 232 in secounds well i think its me muscles lol or not
