Malt 379
I just fill them up with meths, then hang it in the shed for a month, topping it up as required. Then let it air dry, & give it a wash with your wife's best, most expensive shampoo, rinse well & stick it on a radiator to dry. Quote Link to post

Malt 379
Easiest way is with a piece of rope while the tail is still attached to the fox... Cut through the skin of the tail at the base all the way round, then make a slipknot in the rope and put the looped rope onto the cut you've made. Then stand on the dead fox & pull like f**k! I think someone on here or on another site done the same thing with a completely detached tail, they clamped the bone and fleshy part in a vice. Quote Link to post

I do pretty much the same but squeeze 2 sticks together behind the cut trapping the tail then pull the skin off Quote Link to post
Outofnowhere 93
I got a couple of tail strippers from the USA, one Aluminium and one plastic but you gotta pull real hard. After curing if you whittle down a bit of dowling to the same profile as the bone and glue it in you can then screw a picture thingy into to hang it somewhere. Quote Link to post
