cross fit training

one of the boys i train with teach's classes in it its hard going alrite

what is it,some kind of circut training?

something like that pal google cross fit and have a look

in my coaching days :whistling: the England set up at palace

promoted a similar regime combined with fartlek running etc

the marine cor USA have used this method for years to test

the fitness of their grunts, the all round fitness gained by

this is second to none a good long warm up and warm down

is a must followed by extensive stretching ,

I do my strength and cardio training at a CrossFit Gym...although i dont rely on JUST crossfit, i do it atleast 3 times a week,...very good, and the workouts are SHORT, which is perfect!

yes there short but fcuk me iv pains where i never had pains before.Im actually looking forward to punishing myself again tomorrow lol

karl i should be able to dig with my bare hands in 2 months time :D

LIke any physical training it depends what your trying to achieve.....heavy weights 4 times a week is no good for size/strength gains same as quick sprints wont build endurance......training is only 50%,diet and rest are equally important....too many people these days go to the gym then for a curry and beer on the way home !

looks kinda like what we are at we have a large shed with pull up bars ,weights ,sand bags etc and a fine big hill that is marked out at 100 yards
