kingoftoosh 15
Awright everyone. Was wondering when crows go to bed or roost how long before sunset. does it change with season etc.I went up to see if I could shoot a couple the night about an hour before sunset but didn't see any, heard some but I think that was maybe insomniacs crows. Noticed that they start flying about in the morning soon after sunrise. Quote Link to post
Phantom 631
Tricky this one I was always under the impression that crows (and other Corvids) were the first to rise and the last to roost Until last week! I was at a permission doing a clearance job of bunnies over night. The Woodies seemed to be the first up followed by the crows 45ish mins later. I have no ideas as to what time they crows roost thought, as I thought the area barren of crows, until they started making a noise in the morning! Phantom Quote Link to post
