hi ya folks

well i was out today and tonight to see what was about so off i went to see an old permission i use all the time not alot of rabbits but full of woodies shotgun ground but as i was out with my trusty viper(hw100kt) i thought i would give it ago so when getting there nothing was about 3 hours later still nothing so i was just thinking to myself about leaving when a fat woodies came and sat in the tree i was under bonus lol number 1 in the bag happy days :thumbs:64fket.jpg so i thought i would hang around for a little while more why they were still around 30 minutes later still nothing hummm time to go i think so off i went to the car happy i had 1 woodie, then once i was at the car and putting my gun away a woodie landed on the tree top just by me so out came viper and the 2 woodie was in the bag 10ylvlx.jpg you cant beat a good pair of breasts for tea :whistling::thumbs: so that was it for now then off to the golf course but as the light was starting to fade i didnt have much time but as walking to the first bunker the he was a nice young rabbit sat in the grass waiting for me but as i lay down and dropped the legs on my bipod he wasn't going to be shot and off he went but as he did i saw the other one not far from him so i got the LRF out and lased it to 41metrs but as he was up and down every secound the shot got hard now i was looking at a clear shot to the throat and hitting the spine so i gave a squeek to see if he would turn this rabbit wasn't going anywhere so i took aim and placed the shot just right when the 22 pellet hit him he flipped so hard in the air i had to look twice to make sure he hadn't run but no he didnt even twitch he was proper dead not even a wave of a leg to say bye (how rude) lol ztfy2d.jpg

as you can see the picture aint great but there and it was very dark by this time.

after getting home and skinning the little chap i found the 22 pellet it had gone through the throat and into the brain which goes to show that he had lifted his head in the air as i shot the pellet had killed him on impact and crushing the skull at the back to if i didnt think the shot would have killed him i would never take the shot and i would never encourage a newbie to try this i do have 20 odd years of shooting and i always take a second look before taking a shot sometime losing the rabbit for taking my time but be safe and not sorry

i hope you all enjoy

regards

Hiya Shay.

Nice to see you out and about again mate

Excellent shooting, and good pic's too.

Shay what is that shiny bit behind your moderator, is it an adaptor?

SP incomming.

Bill.

hi ya bill

the shiny bit is an extention of the barrel as the gun is modded with a v-mac cylinder for more shots buddy i have a parker hale silencer that screws on to the end as well but its thinner than the hw silencer and longer but sit nearly flush with the cylinder as you can see the cylinder is a blue in colour buddy and shot count is a lot better to buddy well worth having it done to be honest plus on the fill gauge it's been smoothed out to fit the hw silencer to

and thank you kind sir
