My ugly duckling...

Just a snap of my young ugly duckling who'll be starting his first season of work imminently,i'm expecting decent things from him (lamping)..fingers crossed anyway! He's a dog consisting of almost 75% Collie make-up,seems to have ample speed,loads of drive in him,very atheletic and quite clever too..here's hoping anyway?

Thanks folks,as for his height well i've never measured him lol but at a guess i'd say 24 tts or a wee bit more,he's 17 month old now,has been entered to work and does things as they should be done,he hasn't or doesn't known what a hard shift is yet BUT he'll soon find out .

good luck with him, they are a refreshingly easy lurcher to train. kept greyhounds before and they hadnt a wisp between the ears

an old, Late friend, had a collie x like him, and he was a very Handy dog, on all edible game, was great at the ole ferreting game,

fantastic nose, and this was before the ferret locator, came in he could mark were the feret was stuck with a rabbit,good luck with him, enjoy him,

that is a fine dog you have there!!

With that much collie, and still having a decent running dog physique, I reckon he should have plenty of staying power for the hares as well.
