deanothehunter 34 Posted August 14, 2010 Report Share Posted August 14, 2010 (edited) anyone know best bait for bass ? i been a lot lately loads of bass showing up i fish the river thames between estuary and QE2 bridge at dartford had a few nice ones 3 lb to 6lb but some being caught up to 15lbs mostly caught them on lugworm but one i caught had stomach full of clear shrimps so i caught a load of shrimps in local area with fine mesh net but they no good as bait did,nt get a bite but lug seems good Edited August 14, 2010 by deanothehunter Quote Link to post

Sandeel or peeler has been successful for me, and I have also seen them taken on Mackerel and blueys. Quote Link to post
