well they drink water from bottles when kept in hutches.so imagine they will drink water when they come across it.

We done a subject on this in college (animal care - no I'm not an anti) and they can extract moisture from grass, roots etc, but when water is available from lakes, puddles, etc they will drink it.

I would assume in a hutch they are eating dried pellets and alfalfa so they are not collecting it naturally from their natural source of moisture (grass and roots as described above)

I no see this foto for many year, was taken in Australia . This is why myxmatosis, why develp. In this picture maybe half million rabbit.
