colliejohn 840
he has a poodlexgreyhound on at the min Typp is a very goodfriend of mine, and we do alot of ferreting, and lamping together, my dogs all originate from his lines, he,s bred and worked his line for many years now, his lines all stem from his Fell Collies, he had Snap and Spot, these i believe have produced a line of collie greyhounds that throw very racey, and have all the attributes a good collie lurcher should have, my old girl Kim, who was out of Spot, she was a excellent worker both in the daytime and on the lamp, she was exceptional for her cross being a reverse threequarter fell collie, a quarter greyhound, and she had 115 long ears to her name pre ban, which is a feat in itself for her cross and her size of 20.5 inches, Typp,s dog Arri, is probably one of the best lurchers i have had the pleasure of seen working and he is a class dog, who produces some decent offspring, i intend to keep this line of lurchers going as there isn,t alot of lads out there who produce a decent stamp and working line of collie greyhounds. regards collie john. 1 Quote Link to post

happy larry 3
minzy,i have to agree 100% what collie john says.I have a litter mate to typp`s dog arri, and all i can say is i couldnt wish for a better lurcher her obedience, loyalty, and rabbit catching abbilities are 2nd to none.I, like cj took an instant liking with typp in so much i go and camp a few miles from typp`s house sometimes twice a year and always end up on the fell with the dogs.If you do a search on my posts you will find some pics of my bitch and arri.
