The three amigos to Stanford

Hi every one

Andyz, Rekowski, & I took a trip over to Stanford

 

Andyz was using his Daystate mk4 .177

 

Alex was using his Daystate huntsman classic

 

I was using AAS410K .22

 

 

To see if si had left any bunny’s for us lol, after a quick zero session we were all fine!

We all set of in different directions Alex taking a mooch around, Andy went south to the big warrens at the far end of the field, and I went to the same warren that si was at when I took him and serji over there!

 

This is part of the warren

 

 

 

I got my self close to the ground no bi pod as I lent it to Alex to have a go, I wasn’t there five minutes and one popped out ranged it at 36yds 0.5 mildot on its cranium THWACK! up it went and down it came straight in the warren, I had a quick look but to no avail, then another one pops out five minutes later 26yds right got this one I thought !missed it DOH!

 

Then it wasn’t long before the sun was going down, and the place just came alive!!

I had two came out and two consecutive shots one at 31yds and 42yds took the first one on my cross hairs THWACK! And the second didn’t even move so 1 mildot hold over THWACK! triple back flip and down stone dead

Now it was time for a bit of lamping!

We had a couple but to be fair it was pretty quiet, but stayed with it and had a good look around; we spotted a fox, a badger, and a deer. Which scared the living daylights out of Alex Lol? It was funny when he told me!

It was a fantastic evening, the weather held off and I for one had a fantastic time. My lamp fly off the bonnet of my car couldn't even spoil it! As Davy said the look on Alexs face when he came back after seeing the deer; priceless, wheres the camera when you want it!!

 

Anyay I only managed 3 photos at the end of the night, here are the 3 amigos....

Thanks Sym and Stealthy we wont go too munch into the 'proper motor' side of things as I'm sure Davy is just about to mention the night we got the landy stuck down a warren!! the bunnies sure were laughing that night.
