carrot cruncher 3
its quite easy to do start by removing the cap/bung ant the bottom by pushing in the so lock buttons, under the rubber cover on the switch unscrew the threaded plastic locking nut on the on the power button looks like a washer, pull it gently out from the inner handle and snipp the hard plastic covered wire thats conect to the more supple red and black wire and then strip of the end of the wires that are connected to the switch to exspose the bare wire, now with a good electric lead cut from the wifes tumble drier lol or old exstension lead or lawm mower wire get it to the length that will sute your needs about 7 or 8 ft you can always cut it down to the [bANNED TEXT] length after , now you may need to make the hole in the bottom of the red cap bigger to fit the wire new wire in, so youve threaded your wire through iether tie a nott in the wire to stop it pulling back through or use a zip tie strip back 2 wires from the new lead about 6 inches abobe the nott/ziptie amd connect them to the 2 wires on the switch use soldre them together or join them by twisting the wires no wrap the joins with loads of insulation tape when you think thers enough give it a little more now try your lamp to make sure it works the tricky part is gettin the switch back in if you have long fingers you cant push it up the handle and hold in place while you screw on the plastic nut/washer if you finget wont reach use somthing that will like a screw driver use your imagination once the switch is in push the red bung back in check the length of wire is right and your away, take you about 45 minets
