snoopdog 1,256
i think the weather is the same allover frank but it dosent stop me getting out ..its hard work trying to stalk your quarry when its so fecking muddy and they can hear you coming from a mile off .. so long slips seem to be the answer..good training for my pup tho hes 11 months old but he will only trot down the beam 50 or 60 yards then he starts to look else where..so i have to get in that range so he dosent loose confiedense in me he needs to no theres somthing at the end off the light every time...he did ok last night had a superb coarse last night on a a very large and fit rabbit. ..and nailed it well..and got a couple of small rabbits to..so get out there frank they dont learn anything sat in the kennel. good look with your pup frank..... :thumbs-up:

jigsaw 11,863
Went out this morning Frank and we turned back, the rivers burst their banks, all the fields flooded, the winds are howling,I collected the pup last night and had to drive to Cashel,f**k me I was shitting myself, the car went a little askew a few times. The rain was relentless and when we brought the pup into the house to socialise him he pissed all over the floor, the queen was well pleased. The dogs are well neglected at the moment, its a struggle to get out to them to feed them, walking is out of the question. It wont last much lomger now,it should be well gone by MARCH.....knowing this country.I'm turning into a lazy little b*****d,sitting on me arse not moving.
