To the mod who pulled my thread..

Just wondering, why my thread was pulled?

 

I have genuine reasons for starting that thread, and there was no malicious intent whatsoever.

 

I'm a genuine poster albeit a new one, who regulary enjoys hunting.

 

I appreciate that perhaps the thread was off topic in relation to the section it was posted in, but as I only ever frequent this section I suppose I was only after a cross section of the opinions on this site.

 

I'd like to understand the reasoning behind it, as no rules were broken.

I can't remember, was yours the thread about the career 707? If so, then the fact that it discussed varying the power of an air rifle would be the reason it was pulled.

it belonged in general talk section i guess thats why it was pulled as there was no relation to airgunning whatsoever

The lads who mod this section wouldn't have removed a topic without good cause..

 

That said, I'd have sent you a PM explaining why it was removed, seeing as you seem to be a genuine a new member. Problem is it's sometimes hard to spot who's genuine & who isn't.

It did seem to be a bit random and from a newbie, and under the current circumstances maybe a little provocative.

 

If the lads genuine, then I welcome him. If not.......

 

IRH, if I came on a bit strong, then I'm sorry but like I said in another thread, there's been a good few unwelcome posts all over this forum lately so if I took you wrong, again I appologise.

 

You'll get used to the place quickly, I'm sure. There's some good folks on here that'll help you out if they can. Myself included.
